No — simply bring your ticket on your phone. Your QR code will be scanned on entry. Please make sure you have it downloaded and accessible before you arrive.

No food or drink from outside the festival site is permitted, with a few exceptions. You can bring an empty, refillable water bottle (there are free refill stations on site). If you’re bringing a baby or toddler under 3, you can bring what they need for the day: baby food, formula milk, expressed breast milk, and drinks in their own bottle or beaker. These must be in pouches or plastic containers, as glass can’t come on site. Flasks of hot water aren’t permitted either, so if your baby has formula, we recommend ready-to-feed cartons or bottles. Small snacks, glucose and drinks carried for a condition such as diabetes don’t need any paperwork. For any other food or drink you need for a medical reason, please bring written proof to show at the gate — for example a letter from your GP, consultant, hospital or clinic, or a repeat prescription naming you. Please email us in advance at events@saulyevents.co.uk so we can make arrangements and avoid holding you up on arrival. We have a fantastic selection of food and drink vendors on site throughout the day.

Yes — our site is wheelchair accessible and has disabled toilets on site. If you have any specific requirements, please email us in advance at events@saulyevents.co.uk so we can best assist you. Yes — we offer one free carer ticket for each paying attendee who needs assistance.

How to apply: email events@saulyevents.co.uk with your Skiddle order reference, the name of the person who needs assistance, and a short note of the support they need. We check every application against the Skiddle booking and may ask for supporting documentation.

Carer and assistance tickets can only be issued against an admission ticket bought directly from Skiddle, our only official ticketing partner.

If your ticket came from anywhere else, we cannot issue a carer or assistance ticket against it. That includes Love to visit, resale or exchange sites, ticket agents, competition or package sellers, and any other third party — no matter how the ticket was described when you bought it. We know that is frustrating if you have already booked, but we can only verify and match a carer application against a booking made with Skiddle — we have no access to orders placed anywhere else. So if you will be applying for a carer ticket, please book through Skiddle.

Please apply in advance rather than on the day, and email us if you are unsure before you book.

Our bars operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo ID before purchasing alcohol. Accepted forms of ID include a valid passport, driving licence (full or provisional), PASS-accredited proof of age card, or Ministry of Defence ID card.

Yes. Medication lawfully prescribed to you is permitted, including cannabis-based medicinal products prescribed under the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001. Please bring it in its original pharmacy packaging with the dispensing label intact and showing your name, plus photo ID that matches the name on the label. For cannabis-based medication, please also bring a letter from your prescribing clinic confirming your prescription. Cancard, MedCannID and similar commercial cards are not prescriptions and cannot be accepted on their own. Cannabis-based medication may be used by medical vaporiser only — smoking it in any form is not permitted. A discreet area is available on request; please speak to a member of our welfare team, or contact us in advance at events@saulyevents.co.uk.

Pet dogs and other animals are not permitted on site — this is a live music event with high sound levels throughout the day. Assistance dogs are welcome.
